Hi, I feel like there is something wrong with me because no matter how much sleep I get I will always have a headace I have been to the doctor before for this problem and he just gave me a prescription for it and I think he should have fan some tests. I also been using the bathroom very much just water more than I have ever. I always have a dry mouth and dry skin and I am only 14 years old can u help? and if i dont have a headace and i eat something sweet i get a headace right away.
Im not a doctor, but it sounds like blood sugar issues, maybe diabetes, which can be very serious, I would see a different doctor and mention to him all you symptoms wright it down and hand it to him so he can see the whole picture. In the meantime be sure to keep your blood sugar steady by not going too long between meals and not eating sugary things, always balance a carb with a protien, keep some peanut butter or cheese crackers with you so that you can eat if you go to long w/out food and feel dizzy or sick. If you have serious blood sugar issues all of this is not enough, you need to see a doctor. Also if you are drinking caffiene, you are very young and you could easily throw yourself out of balance by over doing it. Stay away from those energy drinks, the caffiene in them is outrageous, even for an adult. If your drinking those and you stop you might feel worse for about a week and then you should feel better.
Hi,thanks for query. Please relax, there is no need to worry. There could be various reasons for headache,in your case anxiety or lack of good quality sleep could be more likely, still you should get other causes excluded first. Please avoid any stimulation things like tea/coffee/cold drinks at least 2-3 hours before sleep, take light diet and avoid watching late night TV.Have more of fluids during the day.You can discuss this with your doctor in detail about this.
