Headache, Backache And Fatigue After Diagnosed With Chronic Micro Vascular Changes, What Should I Do?

I was just told by my doctor stated that the MRI I just had shown chronic micro vascular changes and consistent with chronic complications of high blood pressure. The neurologist will get back with you. I went in due to my leg being numb and leg pain when standing for long periods of time. After the doctor did some test by sticking needles in my muscles and groin area? He said I defiantly have some muscles weakness. I also told him I drag my foot sometimes. I read this could be possibly MS too..? My symptoms are headache, backache, leg pain, hip pain, swishing noises in my head, neck pain, fatigue, lack of energy. I can’t take Motrin any more so I suffer a little bit. I exercise daily to rid some of the pain. What is your take?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that the report of MRI did not clear any thing because merely to say micro vascular changes does not give any clue in my opinion the clinical sign and symptoms is matters, hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
