Headache, Constipation, Nausea And Vomiting. Need Help

hello doctor, i don't have motion is morning and have a bad heacdache throught a day , feeling vomation , my stomach is very heavy and keep on paining , nauseous feeling, frequent headache and if have some tea or coffe my head statred spinging and vomit it out including whatever ihave in lunch and dinner and no motion at all ...... i feel very heavy and uneasy

Hi, You didn't have motion, had headache, nausea, stomach pain, and heavy.
It appears to be due to gastric irritation, no stools due to starvation. You can have gastrokinetics like omeprazole and domperidone combination, with the advise of a gastroenterologist. Thank you.
