Headache, Cough, Itchy Throat, Hoarse Voice, Sneezing, Itchy Eyes, Diarrhea, Vomiting. Help

I ve had a headache , some coughing (especially at night), itchy throat , for almost 3 weeks. My voice is very hoarse in the mornings and some days extends into laryngitis by the evening or if I m talking a lot. Some sneezing , itchy eyes. I had some vomiting and diarrhea but just overnight and don t think it was related to the other symptoms as I d been visiting my young niece and nephews in Louisiana and they d had a stomach virus, which I think they passed to me.

the post nasal drip of mucus can cause cough and its relation to eye cause eye itching
nee to investigate for sinus after getting xray pns waters view consult ent or allergy specialist doctor to on allergy guidelines
mean time use short course of sinus specific antibiotics
anti allergic tab
anti allergic and bronchodilato cough syp
neomycin h oinemnt in nose bd
sea water 2 drops in nose night
anti allergic ey dropsin eye
analgesic sos for headache
