Headache, Digestion Issues, Green Discharge, Stomachache. Taking Fruits And Medication. What Is It?

hi. im 21 years ,male, i was having some stomach propblems since 20 days , including headache, and digestion problems. after taking certain medicines prescribed by a doc. n for yesterday i have eaten just yogurt n an apple and few hours earlier i had this black material with a little foamy occurence n after that like three or four times i have gone to toilet and it was just a green liquid. pls suggest me

Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Your problems 20 days ago were most likely caused by bacterial infection. Such infection destroys natural intestinal bacteria which protects us from bad bacteria. This pathological bacteria start to grow replacing good bacteria what leads to gastrointestinal problems. Even if antibiotic was used, infection could become chronic.
I suggest you to have stool tests and stool culture test done. Please discuss with your doctor Rifaximine treatment.
