Headache Followed By Nasal Bleeding, Weakness And Low Appetite. Had Taken Treatment For Eating Stale Food. Cause Of Bleeding?
A week ago my daughter was diagnosed eating bad food as she vomits twice and weak and lose of appetite . The doctor gave her medicine and it relieves her stomach. For days she seems fine and last. Ight she says she has a headache and had a nose bleed . Now she is weak and still lose of appetite. No fever but she had a bit of flu . I dont know why she feels weak and why she had a nose bleed..

You have not mentioned the age of your daughter and her weight. Flu can give rise to feeling of weakness and loss of appetite.
The nose bleed can occur from the Little's area of the nasal septum following picking of the nose. Ensure that the child does not put her fingers in the nose and also get her blood pressure checked.

Your child has gastric upset and loss of appetite is part of ongoing process.
Causes of nose bleed is:infection,nose picking,trauma.
Since she is having headache with nose bleed,i suggest you to get her examined by pediatrician.
In the meantime give her plenty of fluids,fruit juices,curd,soft diet.
she should not do nose picking,apply paraffin drops .to keep area moist.
