Headache, Heartburn, Dizziness, Cramps With Backpain. History Of Having Unprotected Sex. Any Thoughts?

Hi! I'm 22yrs old with a 2yrs old son. My monthly period started on the 12th of November and ended on the 17th, I had unprotected sex with my husband on the 22nd, now I'm having headaches, heartburns, dizziness, cramping in my stomach and pain in my back and side. Help please!

Hi, with such presentation in my clinic, I would not immediately think of pregnancy given that you had unprotected sex during your safe period and the symptoms you present are not really early signs of pregnancy. In my humble opinion, I think you have acute gastritis. I think antacids and proton pump inhibitors like omeprazole would help.
