Headache, Neck Pain, Sinus Pain, Ear Pain After Taking Reclast. Have OA, RA, Gout. Normal?

I started Reclast on Tuesday and I experenced severe headache , neck pain , sinus pain and ear ache. I also hurt more on my finger joints and both knees. I have OA, RA and gout. I had to take something for pain and the pain has subsided but not completely gone. Is this normal? Should I call my Rheumatologist tomorrow? My E-mail address is YYYY@YYYY .

Hello

Reclast is generally known to cause flu like symptoms during the first infusion so it could be the side effect of the drug, however the symptoms tend to get better in a day or two. If you persist to have symptoms please call your doctor and take an appointment

Thank you
