Headache, Tired, Light Period. Negative Pregnancy Test. Can I Be Pregnant?

My husband and I are trying to get pregnant. I have taken a test and it came back negative. I am having many headaches a day, sometimes nauseous in the mornings, very tired most of the day, and I am a week late with my period. I just got it today and it is very light. Is there any possible way that I can be pregnant.

Hello,

To make sure if you are pregnant or not, ideal test would be to get serum HCG levels done.

Urine pregnancy tests are not always reliable and light bleeding can be implantation bleed.

So either you can get tested or wait and see if this bleeding progresses to actual period.
