Headaches And Vomiting, Bleeding. What Could It Be?

I'm a 20 year old female, weight is around 7/8stones and Im around 5ft6. I had a realy bad strong headache and throw up. I went to the loo and noticed i had a blob of blood mixed with discharge, three times I went to the toilet. not sure if this is from slight pressure of pushing. but its not my periods as it is not my due date and its sometimes a blob of blood or just stringy brown discharge. I have been feeling nauseous as well. Been ongoing for four days now. Please help/ advice or let me know what you think it could be?

hi.. you are seeing blood when you attend tiolet and it is associated with pressure you are putting during defecation.. it could haemorrhiods... take stool softners/high fibre diet/fresh vegetables/fruits and lots of fluid. do moderate exercises.. dont postpone the natural reflex of defecation.. if it doesnot work see your surgeon for the further management. all the very best..
