Headaches, Constant Nausea, Stomach Pains, Extreme Fatigue, Diarrhea. Reasons ?

HEADACHES, CONSTANT NAUSEA, UPPER MIDDLE STOMACH PAINS, EXTREME FATIGUE, DAIERREAH TO CONSTIPATION, LOWER PELVIC AREA CRAMPING, DIZZYNESS. SEVERE STOMACH CRAMPS AND NAUSEA AFTER EATING. HAD SCOPE SURGERY DONE ON LADY PARTS AREA AND ALL CAME BACK NEGATIVE AND WERE FINE. ALSO HAD ALL BLOOD TESTS COME BACK NEGATIVE. UPPER AND LOWER ULTRASOUNDS DONE ON STOMACH, ALL CAME BACK NORMAL. X-RAYS DONE ON ENTIRE SPINE AREA AS WELL AS THE NECK. EVERYTHING HAS COME BACK NORMAL. NOT SURE WHAT TO DO NOW, AND THE PAINS AND NAUSEA IS JUST GETTING WORSE. WHERE DO I GO FROM HERE? THANKS

Based on your symptoms and investigations you may have have more stress
and anxiety which are more trigering factor make the condition still worse.
kindly do gastric aspirate for H.PYLORI and ENDOSCOPY STUDY.
