Headaches, Nausea, Vomiting. Have Had Many Miscarriages. Having Low Blood Pressure, Discharge From Nipples, Menstruation Stopped. Pituitary Problem?

I have some concerns and would like to know if my suspicions may be right or if I may have something else going on with me my symptoms started quite a few years ago about 5 to be exact it wasn't anything that I worried about until recently within the last year or so I started out having headaches that were so horrific I would be nauseated or vomit then excessive body hair localized to the face stomach and breast mostly on my face then weakness I visited my obgyn and had some pcos testing which was pretty normal I have had 7 pregnancies 5 of those ended in miscarriage the other 2 were full term but were almost miscarried as well a reason was never discovered other than the fetus detaching from my uterus I have had low Blood pressure for as long as I can remember just within the last couple years I have been getting even worse head aches discharge from my nipples my menstration has stopped I have not had in over a year I have nasal drainage that can be severe at times constipation I cannot get too hot or I am immediately sick I sweat constantly my vision is progressively getting worse just in the last 6-8 mons I cannot even read a drive through menu now I have recently done some research on my symptoms and everything I'm looking at comes back to a pituitary tumor and I also worry because when I do get these headaches it starts right in back of my head at the base of my skull kinda where my spine meets my head I also about 6 years ago suffered from an orbital fracture in which I was associating some of my symptoms but with everything together it comes back to pituitary problem is this your opinion as well or maybe I am just paranoid I also didn't mention that I refuse to go to a doctor unless I know something is wrong so I am looking for professional advice to see if this is something serious to worry about.

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The delay in periods and the other problems that you are having could be due to a hormone related cause. Raised levels of prolactin can also cause such symptoms.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
