Healed Left Leg After Being Hurt,some Pus Still On It. Medication Required ?

My name is AAAA about 3 months ago i got thrown out of a car and my lower left leg got hurt and now the leg is is healing up but some of the skin has came off not all but some but there is puss on it to what do i need to to about it are there any souce of medication that it can get rid of i mean the leg is about healed but there is some puss on it where some of the skin has fallen off but the skin itself is trying to form a scab.What do i need to do

If the pus is not much then no need to worry about it much.I hope you took tt injection after the injury if not take it now and apply soframycin ointment at the site if needed consult your doctor if infection is more and you think that you need oral antibiotic for that.Thank you.
