Health Check-up Done. What Does The Reports Indicate?
Hello Dr, Recently i got my health checkup done. Everything in the report seem to be fine except the below. In the comments it was mentioned as SUGGESTING THYRONORMALCY . Could you explain this? TOTAL TRIIODOTHYRONINE (T3) C.L.I.A 90 ng/dl ref range is 60 - 200 TOTAL THYROXINE (T4) C.L.I.A 7.5 µg/dl ref range is 4.5 - 12.0 THYROID STIMULATING HORMONE ( TSH ) C.L.I.A 1.09 µIU/ml ref range is 0.30 - 5.5 Thanks, Vinayashri

Health check up You have asked for thyroid function test ,we do T3,T4,& TSH in you report they are with in normal limits. There is no reason to worry. Why thyroid function was done are you overweight,or have cold intolerance or heat intolerance and weight loss and perspiration. Is there any swelling in front neck ?Goitre.If no and every thing is fine then just enjoy go for periodic health check up ,healthy lifestyle,food,and some kind of exercise regularly.Be happy.
