Heard Of William's Syndrome Where Facial Feature Look Like Monkey. Suggest?

A friend of mine was telling me about a child with "William's Syndrome" ....he has some facial features similar to looking like a monkey, but a little like Down's Syndrome.... Have you heard of a William's Syndrome, or do I have the name wrong. I do not know any more about his symptoms, but that he is 12 and has behaviors of a 5 yr old.

yes there is syndrome called william syndrome
william disease is a genetic disorder problem with chromosome numbered 7.
they have typical facial features like round face with full cheeks and lips, wide mouth , small chin,
they will also have cardiac and metabolic abnormalities.
typical over friendly personality
mental retardation is also present , thats why that boy is behaving like 5yr when actually 12 years
