Heard Strange Noise While Popping Neck. Started Feeling Pain While Moving Head. How To Get Relief?
Today I was popping my neck by moving it to the right like I do every day. But this time when it popped I also heard a strange noise, like water running through a small space or something. Now every time I move my head to the right I feel an almost unbearable pain at the base of my skull on the right back side of my neck.

It looks to me that you have a neck sprain. I would recommend you to take following treatment.
1. tablet Myoril twice daily
2. tablet Brufen
3. diclofenac ointment
4. Hot water fomentation
