In our intestines there are natural bacteria which protect us from bad bacteria and are extremely important for proper bowels function. Antibiotic kills this good bacteria and allows bad bacteria to grow. Antibiotic could also irritate your stomach, cause an inflammation of it or trigger persisting stomach issue (like peptic ulcer). I suggest you to have some diagnostics. Please visit your doctor, have abdominal ultrasound, blood work, stool tests and gastroscopy done.
