Heart Has Been Skipping A Beat When Exerted, Anxiety Problem. Blood Work, EKG Normal. Any Ideas ?

My heart has been skipping a beat a lot especilly when i get up and walk around or doing something that causes exertion I do have anxiety so my husband is putting it of as such. im worried im about to fall over dead. i had 3 ekgs done last year and tons of blood work everything normal. i am 37 and it seemed it get worse now that im on my period

The entire description there is nothing to suggest any major issue. Everything can possibly be explained by anxiety itself. But howevero as dictum we would like to rule out organic cause before calling something as anxiety or psychosomatic. If symptoms are recurrent and troublesome it is reasonable to have echocardiogram and tmt. Even if everything comes normal you may get benefitted by the treatment with small dose of bet blockers.
