Heart History, Knee Pain, Back Pain, Loses Consciousness Frequently, Stressed, History Of Carpal Tunnel. Help

I have a daughter, 36 years old with a heart history, 7 preforations were surgically sealed between 72 and 96 hours after her birth. other history includes Osgood-Slauter and carpal-tunnel. She experiences back and knee pain and currently is concerned about blackouts where she looses consciousness and "drop" falls. She can be out for several minutes. Her concern is that within her previous living environment, she experienced this blackouts daily and perhaps up to 3 times in a particular day. The family she had lived with attempted to convince her it was seizures, however, since changing her environment, she has not had a single episode. Reflections please? I am considering a stress factor in her previous environment

Also know that she was at the time living in a 3 bedroom single wide trailer with a woman, her 3 children(oldest 10 or 11), this womans mother and father, along with herself an 2 children (8 and 4). there was no transportation for her and a walk into town was at least 20 minutes. the woman was away from home 12-16 hours per day and my daughter was charged with maintaining the home, caring for the 5 children and waiting on two daunting adult parents

Respected Sir
A stress factor or psychological factor is considered only after considering and ruling out all relevant possible physical illnesses first. Since there is a history of cardiac surgery in the childhood, the episodes of loss of consciousness become more important. I would recommend an appointment with a good internist on priority before thinking on other line. Neurological and cardiac illness should be ruled out first.
Sincerely
Sukhvinder
