Heaviness In Abdomen, Gastric Problem. Endoscopy Showed Gastritis, No Relief From Medication. All Other Tests Normal. Any Treatment?

My name is rohit i am 23yr old i leave in Delhi, i am suffering from gastric problem for 1year,i consult gastro dep. doc he advise me for endoscopy so he did, and after report in my abdomen he found gastritis,& nothing so he give me medicine livogold ,pylorkit,pantocid,traetment was going on at least 4 month but i didn't got relief i have tested LFT,ultrasound,& all related tests but all are normal but problem is same such heavyness in abdomen ,some time pain liver side,and abdomen , i am suffering from these problem last 1 year
sir plzz help me i have spend lot of money on my treatment but nothing relief

Hi Rohit! Do you take over-the-counter NSAIDs like Dispirin( acetyl salicylic acid) for headache/ bodyache, etc? This is one of the commonest causes of gastritis related to self-medication. Gastritis could be an early sign of peptic ulcer disease; It is a good practice to start on a course of proton pump inhibitors like omeprazole 20 mg twice a day to "heal" any ulcer. Do you take lots of spicy food and alcohol? (both are known to cause gastritis). Do you feel "heaviness" in abdomen just after taking a fatty meal like Indian sweets, samosas, etc? - a carefully done ultrasound may show gall stones.
