Heavy And Dizzy Head. Panic Attack. History Of Astigmatism. Can Not Drive, Read Or Use Phone. Nystagmus?

My sixteen yr old daughter has a pulse beat on top of her head! she has had inner ear and sinus infections from march and antibiotic have not helped! She has been suffering dizzy spells and has had a lot trouble with trying to correct her astigmatism! Her left eye script has changed and she cannot lie low on her left side as her head feels heavy and dizzy! Since she is waiting on change of script she cannot watch tv r look at her fone coz she sees things jumping! ! She has been nausea and one doctor says she has nystagmus! She is also awaiting an MRI scan from ENT tho they do t think ther is anything wrong! she has got so anxious now and suffers panic attacks because of these episodes! travelling in car is a problem even on short journeys with her glasses on because when she gets out she feels she's standing on a trampoline and bouncing! She was t able to go to school! It's so distressing for her because she sees her friends fit and healthy! she was a very sporty child 6 months ago! No doctor seems to hav an answer which is very frustrating! Please help!

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for contacting Health Care Magic
I had gone through your query , it suggests that your daughter may have inner ear disease it may be labyrinthine fistula if the discharging ear and labyrinthitis if non discharging ear .
For exclusion of other disease MRI scan is the better choice and consult the your ENT specialist.

Thanks
