Heavy Bleeding From Anus Which Coincides With Monthly Periods. Have Endometriosis. What Does It Indicate?

For the last three months for approx8-9 days, at same time as period, I have been suffering very heavy bleeding from the back passage, worse as the months go on. I have never seen anything like the amount of blood lost and I am guessing my bp has fallen as I am getting dizzy etc. I do suffer with endometriosis but never had anything like this before. Is it likely to be related and any idea how it can be stopped? It can't go on every month, it is wiping me out. It is not just when I open my bowels it is whenever I sit on the toilet it's like a tap

Hi,
From history it requires evaluation of your case.
There might be possibility of having bleeding piles or some pathology in your colon or rectum.
This might give you anemia producing dizziness.
Consult surgeon and get examined and investigated.
Ok and take care.
