Heavy Bleeding With Clots,very Tired After Primolut N To Delay Periods

i have taken Primolut n to delay my periods for the first time. now i got my periods after 2 days of stopping the pill . but the bleeding is heavy and with clots and is tiring me out. is it normal. this is still 2nd day of my period

Increased bleeding can be due to T.Primolut-N. T. Meftal-500 thrice a day after food can help you.
