Heavy Legs, Low Iron Level. Sports Person. Suggest?

I'm 38. First time mom of 8 month year old that's sleeping through the night. I'm very active and normally run several times a week (4 miles) and play tennis regularly. My legs have been sooo heavy and tired like I'm dragging them through mud. I'm getting 8 hours of sleep and eating a healthy diet (but low in iron maybe). I'm 5'1'' and 105 pounds. It's really affecting me.. what's going on?

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The feeling of heaviness in the legs, lack of energy are all symptoms of iron deficiency anaemia. You need to consult your physician who will prescribe you the necessary supplements.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
