Heavy Menstruation With Clots. Trenaxa Ineffective, Hamamelis Virginica Suggested. Advise?

Hi, I am 46 year old. I have a tendency of having heavy menstruation with clots for the last 7-8 days. I had been taking trenaxa 500 mg tablets thrice a day. .there had been no improvement yet. I had consulted a homeopathy Gynecologist in this regard. she has suggested me Hamamelis virg inica along with trenaxa to be taken. Please advice me.

Hi, you might be suffering from DUB. Get one ultrasound examination done to rule out any fibriods. see gynaecologist for hormonal therapy.
