Height Stopped Increasing After An Accident. How Can I Increase Height?

hi my age is 16 ...weight 50 kg n height 4 9 inch..my ws growing lyk a normal teen...until 28 april 2007 when i met with an accident and my right leg got fractured..at that tym my hieght was 4 9 inch n after that my growth stopped suddenly..today m 16 n my height is below average...please tell me..can i increase my height today also n if yes how..

I read your question ,
growth in height of a human being is due to hGH(=human growth hormone) produced by the pitutary gland. generally male persons can grow up to an age of 21 years,this growth is governed by various factors like genes , nutrition,physical exercise etc.

the fracture on the leg is no where related to your problem, so you need not worry about it.
i would recommend you to eat calcium rich food like fish,leafy vegetables and drink milk ,and bone soup etc.
