Hello, A Few Weeks Ago I Had Received Unprotected Oral

Hello,
A few weeks ago i had received unprotected oral sex that night. The following morning i had noticed that there appeared to by purple discoloration around the ridge of my penis head and it was sensitive to touch(minor stinging/inflammation). During the oral session, the person giving the oral did use some teeth to the point it became unpleasant. The discoloration appeared to be at the place where she continued to use/scrape her teeth on the ridge of my penis head. After 3-4 days the color seem to return back to normal around my penis head ridge. My question is her teeth scraping against my penis head ridge is what caused this purple inflammation?
