Hello, I Am 30 Years Old, 130 Lbs And 18

Hello, I am 30 years old, 130 lbs and 18 weeks pregnant. My most recent blood work showed tsh of 0.14, Free T4 of 9 (10.0 - 25.0 pmol/L ) and Free T3 3.9 (3.5-6.5 pmol/L). I was on 82mcg of desicated thyroid at the time. Prior to decreasing it for a months time, I was on 90 mcg and my tsh at that time was 0.02 and Free T4 10 Free T3 5.6. Can the 82mcg with such low free hormone levels actually be well treated hypothyroidism? Would you be more concerned about the Free T levels or the TSH?
