Hello, I Am 63 Years Old, Had A Cortisone Injection

Hello, I am 63 years old, had a cortisone injection in my knee this afternoon, about 3:30. When I got home from work at 7pm knee was hurting pretty bad and I limped from car to my front door. Took 1 Tylenol with codeine for the pain. Before going to bed, took my regular medicine, 1 Effexor and 1 toprol,. I also took uHave been laying in bed trying to goo sleep. I also took my inhaler, symbicort, 2 puffs , around 9:30. Find I can't get to sleep and feel my heart beating like in my throat. Is this due to the Medes I took? Would I be able to take my Xanax, which is Prn,?
