Hello, I Am Currently 18 Years Old And For As

Hello,
I am currently 18 years old and for as long as I can remember every time I bend down or have my head down for more than a couple seconds, a clear salty, water-like, substance would drip from my nose and occasionally my left eye. It's always done that so I never really paid any attention to it but I am currently studying to become a cosmetologist, and the last thing I need is for all my clients to think I have a cold or even worse, have it get on them during a shampoo... Please help!
