Hello, I Had A Medical Abortion At 6 Weeks And

Hello, I had a medical abortion at 6 weeks and I was bleeding heavy with blood clots and tissue. Something did catch my eye and it was the size of my pinky nail it had a tiny thin blood strong with little red ball at the end of it. It was a solid because it kept its shape and when I put it in the light I could see con thing round inside of it so I assumed it was my baby. For 2 months I was spotting and then it got heavy again more tissue came out and I saw another one of those solids. Now that I look at my first ultrasound what I thaught was 1 baby (you will know what I'm talking about) but then if you look closely and zoom in you will see that in the middle there are 2 faint circles. Are these twins? What that my fetus? And what is that large lump on the bottom right of the sack? Thank you.
