Hello. I Have A Problem With My Throat. I Smoke

Hello. I have a problem with my throat. I smoke cannabis on a regular basis mixed with cigarettes called a "popper". My throat feels okay but i have a bad cough and my right lymph node feels swollen. The back of my throat has some white/yellowish patches on it and there is a little yellow dot at the back. I am also frequently coughing up black spotted phlegm. What could this be ?
