Hematoma On Cheek Near Ear, Painful. Taken Reparil Gel And Ice Pack. Had Facelift. Concerned?

10 days ago I had a facelift. I had 2 fairly bad hematomas on either side of my neck , I applied Reparil Gel and Ice Packs, this swelling has now gone down, however I woke up this morning with a huge Hematoma on my cheeck right next to my ear. What can I do as it is rather painful and I am concerned that it has come up 10 days post surgery? Please help.

thanks for your querry
Hematomas of the skin and soft tissues are often treated with rest, ice, compression, elevation.
The pain of a hematoma is usually due to the inflammation surrounding the blood and may be treated with over the counter pain medications.
so you can take some antiinflammatory and some antibiotics to reduce the pain and infection.
