Herniated Disc In Lower Back, Back Pain, Breathlessness. Due To Excessive Training?
Last year I was told I have a herniated disc in my lower back. Since then, I joined the Army & went to basic training. Recently my back keeps hurting more, like maybe I hurt it worse while training. I could be sitting around fine one second and the next second it locks up and takes my breath away, but after a few seconds it stops. Do you think I made it worse when I was training?

Herniated Disc In Lower Back, Back Pain, Breathlessness. Due To Excessive Training?
Dear customer, It the disc is herniated then you should be very cautious and avoid strain and lifting heavy objects as it may worsen the symptoms. You should consult the neurosurgeon or orthopaedics. The lumbar belt may be tried to decrease the symptoms. If the pain is not controlled then in some cases the surgery is the treatment of choice. Thank you
