Herpes Near Thigh, Itching, Increasing. Applied Ointment. Suggestions?

dear sir,

from last one and half months,I found herpes (daad) near thighs in earlier It is in small area,I applied itch guard and quadrivium oinment,but It gave timely releif only,but last 15 days i found that it is increasing day by day and more itchful and uncomfortable,please suggest me medicine and oinment which could give me permanently releif,

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have what is called as Ringworm Infection.
Please use topical anti fungal ointment like Mecanozole for local application over the affected area.

Please observe proper personal hygiene by cleaning the affected area and groin with warm water twice daily.
Wash your inner wares in hot water mixed with antiseptic lotion Dettol.
It should get cured in a week.
