Hi I Am 40 Had A Tubes Clamped 16 Years

Hi I am 40 had a tubes clamped 16 years ago and my periods are always on time and remain for 7 days. This month I have missed my periods I'm now 8 days late I have bloated stomach cravings head aches and very tired all the time I also have a white non smelling discharge seem to be using the loo alot more and feel sick on and off during the day
What are the chances of me being pregnant
I'm also on epilum for epilepsy thankyou
