Hi I Am A 65 Yo Female In Good Health

Hi I am a 65 yo female in good health and do not take any Rx meds. I had catataract surg with IOL 3 weeks ago. I have been using the prescribed drops of FML .1% 6x daily, Zymar .5% for 1 week ( now discontinued )and Bromday >09% once a day at bedtime. I also have punctual plugs which results in the drops lingering in my eye longer than usual. During a previous cat surg I had allergic reactions to Predforte and Vigomox. I saw my opthamologist 24hrs.and 10 days post-op. All was good. For the past 2 days I am having tenderness in the nasal corner of my surgical eye and down the side of my nose. It hurts to wear my glasses. There is no visible redness or swelling. My thought is I am getting irritated from all the drops in the lacrimal process. Would nasal saline flushes be helpful? I am a licensed optician and have a smattering of knowledge about these things.
