Hi. I Have Been To My Gp With Pain In

Hi. I have been to my gp with pain in my pelvis. She tested my urine which showed traces of blood. Since then I've repeated the urine sample a further 4 times and each time they have came back showing traces of blood. I've also had two vaginal swabs taken,one more thorough than the other. The first smear came back and the doctor said it had signs of something growing so I've been given a course of antibiotics. I've got a pelvic scan booked next week. I'm really worried as when I had my internal exam when my doctor pressed down on my tummy,it was very tender and painful over my ovaries. Also I've been needing to open my bowels more often than normal. I'm also needing to pass urine more than usual. My doctor hasn't indicated to me what she thinks maybe the problem and I'm very worried. Any advice please?
