Hi. I Hit My Head Last Sunday Night While Intoxicated

Hi. I hit my head last Sunday night while intoxicated by alcohol, requiring 6 stitches. I had a CT scan which came up clear, but am still a little foggy this week. The ER Dr. told me I am clear, but I remain concerned. My discharge paperwork read "minor head injury". Should I request an additional CT scan? As of now I have experienced no other presenting symptoms of nausea, confusion, etc.
