Hi, I Was Playing Tennis And I Forgot To Put

Hi, I was playing tennis and I forgot to put on sunscreen. I got sunburnt on my neck and a few patches on my face. Last night I put some moisturising cream on my face, but when I woke up this morning I found small rash-like bumps on my cheek/chin, under my eye and on my forehead. They are not very itchy and don't hurt, however I have had cold sores before which look similar to this. What is it and what should I do?
