What Causes Painful Wrist After Playing Tennis?

Hi i play a lot of tennis and recently my wrist has started to hurt. It isn t any screaming pain but its enough to make me reconsider playing another game. I feel like it is just some minor tear. It started about 2 days ago. Is there anything i can do to help the healing process because i would really like to go out and play again. Thank you!

Hi
Welcome to healhcaremagic
After going through your query I concluded that you got sprain to your wrist. It's treatment is rest to the wrist. For pain relief you can take analgesic such as ibuprofen. As you want to play tennis so you need to give rest to joint so that sprain heal well. You can discuss your doctor about it. Hope your query get answered.
