Hi I'm a high school student looking to lose weight. I'm 18, 5'6 and 240. I want to be 140. Is that a reasonable goal? I cut out processed foods and eat 1600 calories a day. I started eating lots of fruits, gains, and veggies 3 days ago. Any advice and when will i see results?
