As you describe it is the over weight, and yo should revert it for medical reasons as well.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment .
Avoid taking fats, calories, junk foods, oily foods, and ice creams.
Practice
yoga, exercises, morning walk, and do any work in front of you, what ever the work is.
Minimize the sleeping time, practice late to bed and early to rise. Avoid sleeping in the day time.
