Hi, My 4 Year Old Granddaughter Has Shared With Me

Hi, My 4 year old granddaughter has shared with me a very specific description of words & sounds repeating after she hears them. I made sure not to load the questions with answers for her. I also did not overreact so she would talk freely. She does have a little trouble with speech, but is coming along very well with her T's and S's etc. She can add and subtract, knows all shapes and colors, paints in the lines and is doing spelling, abc's and memory games & puzzles all very well. The only time she audibly repeats something is when she end the sentence in (OK)(OK)... She is very well behaved and other than a little shy with strangers, she is very talkative. I asked her if she remembers when it started. She said she bumped her head around her last birthday and it started then. Which would be last November of 2014 for goodness sake, it is now 4 months, UGH... She has had major changes as of lately with her parents splitting up. But it's been a peaceful split and also has a 1yr old sister. So I'm concerned, puzzled and worried sick about my wonderful granddaughter. What do you advise? Thank you...
