Hi! So I've Had A Pain In The Front Left

Hi! So I've had a pain in the front left side of my head for three weeks now. At first I thought I had just gotten a concussion and I stayed awake for 12 hours and I assumed I'd be okay but the pain is just getting worse. It's like a pinching feeling, but it gets unbearable when I look down or turn my head to the left. Oh and I've had a fever the last couple days that just broke earlier today, and I'm not sure if that's related or not, but I felt like I should include that.
