Hi. Things Haven't Felt Quite Right In My Vaginal Area

Hi.

Things haven't felt quite right in my vaginal area for a few weeks or so. No itching, pain or soreness - just slightly different to usual. A couple of days ago it became quite sore and very sensitive, slightly swollen and more red than usual. Today, I have noticed blood when I wipe after going to the toilet - the blood doesn't appear to be in my urine or coming from my clitorus. I have 2 weeks until my next period is due, have the IUD coil fitted and am currently not sexually active. Please can you offer me some advice. Thanks.
