Hi, few months ago I notice an enlarged lymph node on the side of my neck that wouldn’t go away or get smaller, it felt hard but didn’t hurt. I quickly went to my primary doctor which seemed a bit concerned and referred me to an ENT Doctor. There the doctor did a fine needle biopsy and few days later told me it came back “inconclusive” and schedule me for a full biopsy. I got surgery on Wednesday, after the surgery he told my family that everything looked normal but he was still going to send it to a pathologist. All my blood work and chest x-rays keep coming back normal but I keep feeling really sick and having random symptoms such as: shortness of breath, fatigue, feel weak, super itchy, abdominal pains, I occasionally get some night sweats, and I keep feeling random lumps above my collar bone that comes and goes. Should I be concerned about lymphoma? Can the doctor just tell everything is normal just by looking at the lymph node during the surgery?
