Hi, In The Last Two Months I've Been Experiencing Pain

Hi, in the last two months I've been experiencing pain in my legs (what I can only describe as bone pain) hard to describe kind of pain. weeks ago whilst in the bath I noticed 2 large masses (lumps) on one leg, behind the knee which is visible when standing and another on the side of my knee which is also visible when standing, they are gold/cricket sized lumps and soft. They don't hurt but sometimes I notice pain around the surrounding areas. I've also in this last week developed another lump (much smaller) in my wrist (again painless) and another lump in my mouth on my gum, again painless. I've had a cold that seems never ending, just when I start to feel better I get sick again and my glands on my neck and under arms cause me discomfort. I live in a small town so doctors are pretty few so I'm wondering if it's worth traveling to get checked out? Any advice would be helpful. Thankyou
