Hiatus Hernia, Frequent Indigestion, Occasional Cough, Occasional Involuntary Exhalation Of Air

no discomfort but I experience occassional sudden quiet exhalation of air involuntary. When I am asleep mostly I notice it or trying to sleep some. I have hiatial hernia that I deal with. Indigestion frequently. a slight cough appears now and then and then goes away immediately.

I really appreciate your concern, this could be depression and due to the hiatus hernia or digestion problem, you have to keep the stress level very low, if I would be your doctor then I would treat you with the following medicine,
1) Tab Chlorodiazepoxide three times in day
