High BP, Chest Pain And Headache. Had Allergy Shot. Side Effects From The Steroids?
yes my husb had an episode today of very high BP...218/108, chest pain headache.. now its low low low 103/91 ???
he had an allergy shot sweat profusly thru the night woke with a headache from hell.. and has not felt right alllll day... BP now is 140/78.. about normal fo him... Im wondering if this was a reaction to the steroids from the shots.. or if?? illegal drug use might cause these symptoms

Your question is very confusing. Allergy shots is a form of "immunotherapy". Do you mean your husband is taking Allergy shots which contains steroids ? Allergy shots may cause headache, dizziness, chest discomfort- tightness, pain, sweating, nasal congestion, drop in the blood pressure etc, and even Anaphylactic shock may occur. Allergy shots which contains steroids may cause weight gain due to fluid retention, increased appetite, insomnia, eye problems, heart problems, increased blood pressure, etc.
